Baoshida sets up the Asia-Pacific region, the Americans and the European sales center separately in Hong Kong, the United States and Switzerland, builds global sales network. Our products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions. With over ten years’ leaping development, Baoshida has industrial manufacturing park bases in Jinan, Switzerland, Shanghai, Yucheng, Dongying and so on.
DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
2002
In 2002, Jinan Baoshida Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was established.
2005
In 2005, Shandong Baoshida Holding Development Group Co., Ltd. was established. Also in 2005, it acquired Baoshida's first industrial park in Jinan.
2006
In 2006, Baoshida Holdings Group Co., Ltd. was established.
2008
In 2008, in active response to the government's call for energy conservation, emission reduction, low-carbon economy, and industrial upgrading, the company launched its green lighting LED business and completed the establishment of its enterprise technology center within a year.
2009
In 2009, it won the title of "ShandongSemiconductorLightingEngineeringTechnology Center", filling the blank of green lighting industry in Jinan city.
2011
In 2011, it acquired Shanghai Gangz Electromagnetic Coil Co., LTD.
2013
January 2013: Successfully acquired a Swiss metal company with a history of over 150 years.
November 2013: The Group’s Technology Center was officially recognized as a “National Enterprise Technology Center.”
End of 2013: The Hong Kong Sales Center and the U.S. Sales Subsidiary were established.
2014
Early 2014: With approval from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Group was officially renamed “Baoshida International Holding Group Co., Ltd.”
July 2014: The Group’s European Regional Division was established.
2026
After a period of strategic adjustment and restructuring, the Group strengthened its core businesses and continued to expand its global presence.
