The product is made of a composite insulation layer formed by polyester fiber and glass fiber, providing a strong and integrated structure with a high surface finish and excellent bending performance. The insulation layer shows no separation after stretching. After a 200°C aging test for 6 hours, both the insulation and electrical performance show no degradation. The uniform structural geometry ensures stable internal water or oil cooling flow, and the product offers excellent mechanical strength and sealing performance.
